Ganpati Makhar, we strive to deliver them at least two weeks before the Ganesh Utsav to facilitate easy management and safe storage. If you require urgent delivery before the designated time frame, please mention it in the shipping note during checkout. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, taking into consideration factors such as product availability and shipping feasibility. (Therefore, if a replacement is requested for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will prioritise the next delivery to ensure it reaches you before the Ganesh Utsav. Please note that this is subject to product availability and shipping feasibility).
Kraftnest strives to meet the specified delivery schedule provided by the customer during the order placement. However, any delayed or early delivery does not entitle the user to damages or compensation.
If a product is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, a replacement can be requested. To be eligible for a replacement, the user must submit a box opening video or images within 48 hours of delivery.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to user error (e.g., incorrect name or address), any additional delivery costs incurred by Kraftnest for re-delivery will be claimed from the user.
Refunds for eligible returns will be credited back to the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) used for the original purchase.
Kraftnest will not entertain complaints made more than 4 days after delivery.
All content on the Kraftnest website, including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Hobby India or its content suppliers and is protected by India and international copyright laws.
Kraftnest strives to provide accurate and reliable product descriptions on its website. However, please note that Slight color variation of product is possible.(The natural color of Original wooden may vary depending on the material used. Please note that the actual color of Original wooden products offered by Kraftnest may differ slightly from the images displayed on the website due to variations in the inherent characteristics of the MDF. We strive to provide accurate representations of our products, but please consider these natural variations when making a purchase.) If a product offered by Kraftnest is not as described, your sole remedy as a customer is to return the item in its unused condition. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions are as accurate as possible.
