At Kraftnest, we take pride in delivering products of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. All purchases from Kraftnest are made to order, and as such, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds or cancellations. However, we understand that there may be instances where you receive a damaged or defective product, or the product delivered is different from what you had ordered. In such cases, you may request a replacement. Items not sent back in the requested state will not be eligible for a refund and replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be in its original packaging with all original tags and labels intact.
To claim a refund or replacement, the customer must provide a video of opening the package as evidence within 48 hours.
If a replacement is requested, we will replace the product within 7-10 days of receiving the request.
If a product return is requested, the returns will be picked up within 4-7 working days. In the case of returns, refunds will be credited to your account within 10-14 working days.
Refunds for returned products will be credited back to the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the original purchase.
We cannot accept order cancellations. All purchases are made to order and cannot be refunded or cancelled.
