At Kraftnest, we take great pride in the quality of our products and ensure that each shipment goes through 2 levels of packaging and 3 levels of inspection before dispatch. We strive to minimise the likelihood of any damage occurring during transit. However, in the unlikely event that your product is damaged, we offer a replacement guarantee.
Our refund policy covers products ordered online and is applicable in the following cases:
Manufacturing Defect: If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery and provide a box opening video or images as evidence. You must submit this video or images to email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Damage During Transportation: If the product is damaged during transportation, we will provide a free replacement. Notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery and submit a box opening video or images to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. This will help us assess the damage and facilitate the replacement process.
Missing Items: In the rare case that your order is missing items, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will investigate the matter and provide the missing items at no additional cost.
To initiate the refund process: Contact us at email@example.com within 2 days from the date of delivery to notify us of the issue.
Provide a box opening video or images as evidence of the damage or missing items.
Our customer service team will review the provided evidence and assess your eligibility for a replacement.
If you are eligible for a replacement, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund time: If your refund request is approved by KRAFTNEST, it will take 7-30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer. Please note that the refund amount will be credited back to the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
Please note: We provide a 24-hour email service for customer inquiries and support. The initial contact should be made through email, and we strive to respond within 2 business days. If you do not receive a reply within this timeframe, we kindly request that you follow up by calling our Kraftnest support team( call Time: 11 am to 5 pm Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday to Saturday).
